To help prepare our presenters for the symposium, we hosted two workshops on November 20th, 2017!

Experienced researchers, Professor Leila Takayama and PhD student Christy Starr, gave students useful tips, guidelines, and notes relevant to their presentations.

Students were given the opportunity to collaborate, to get feedback on their talks and on their posters, and meet some of their fellow presenters.
