Plant Sciences Club

The purpose of the UCSC Plant Science Club is to educate, connect, and support students who are in the Plant Sciences major, EEB & ENVS departments, or simply anybody who is deeply interested in studying plants here at UCSC. 

We do this by providing a space for those students to meet and talk with each other about plant science topics, providing educational opportunities to practice plant science skills, and sharing information about how to navigate the many resources relating to plant science at UCSC such as classes, internships, and lab experience. 

Planned club activities include plan swaps, natural dyeing events, gardening workshops, guest lectures by faculty and grad students, plant keying hikes, field trips, restoration volunteering, and much more.
