1. Vice President:

   • Responsibilities:

     • Assisting the President in overseeing the operations and functions of the journal as well as collaborating to establish and execute the journal's vision and goals.

     • Acting as a liaison between the executive team, editorial board, and contributors.

     • Coordinating meetings, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

     • Assisting in recruitment efforts and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment within the team.

1. • Qualifications:

     • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

     • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

     • Experience in publishing, management, or related fields is preferred.

     • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

2. Head Editor:

   • Responsibilities:

     • Overseeing the editorial process from submission to publication, ensuring quality and adherence to journal standards.

     • Managing the editorial team, including assigning workload, providing feedback, and coordinating peer review.

     • Collaborating with the faculty editorial board and  student authors to develop and refine their submissions.

     • Ensuring timely publication schedules and resolving any editorial conflicts or issues.

     • Maintaining communication with contributors and fostering a positive and constructive editorial environment.

2. • Qualifications:

     • Strong editing and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

     • Experience in academic editing or publishing

     • Familiarity with academic writing conventions and citation styles.

     • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

     • Leadership and interpersonal skills.

3. Editor:

   • Responsibilities:

     • Reviewing and editing submissions for clarity, coherence, and adherence to journal guidelines.

     • Providing constructive feedback to authors to improve the quality of their work.

     • Contributing to editorial meetings and discussions on journal policies and procedures.

     • Collaborating with the editorial team to assess submissions and make publication decisions.

• • Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with academic writing conventions and research methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Interest in the humanities and academic publishing.

4. Head Graphic Designer:

   • Responsibilities:

     • Leading the design and layout of the journal's visual elements, including cover design, typography, and graphics.

     • Collaborating with the editorial team to develop a cohesive visual identity for the journal.

     • Creating engaging and visually appealing layouts for articles, covers, and promotional materials.

     • Managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.

     • Providing guidance and feedback to other graphic designers on the team.

4. • Qualifications:

     • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

     • Strong design sensibility and creativity, with an eye for typography, color, and layout.

     • Experience in editorial design or related fields.

     • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

     • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Graphic Designer:

   • Responsibilities:

     • Assisting the head graphic designer in creating visual elements for the journal, including layouts, illustrations, and graphics.

     • Collaborating with the editorial and design teams to execute design concepts and meet project objectives.

     • Contributing ideas and solutions to enhance the visual appeal and readability of the journal.

     • Adhering to design guidelines and specifications provided by the head graphic designer and editorial team.

     • Communicating regularly with team members to ensure project progress and coordination.

5. • Qualifications:

     • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

     • Strong design skills and creativity, with an understanding of layout, typography, and composition.

     • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.

     • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
