For departments considering Apple's new $500 MacBook Neo, it comes with 8 GB of RAM as the only option which may limit performance. Consult with ITS to evaluate your requirements before considering the MacBook Neo. This model may be suitable if you are replacing a MacBook from 2019 or earlier.
