Workforce Development
Our workforce development efforts include mentorship in the lab and through programs, such as GEMS, to help students and early-career professionals build skills and navigate pathways into the geosciences and related fields.
Online Resources
We are building accessible online resources that make science easier to find and use.
In-Person Engagement
Our extension work also includes participating in workshops, outreach events, and meetings, as well as direct engagement with communities, agencies, and other partners.
Technical Collaboration
We work with practitioners, agencies, and organizations to support decision-relevant science and shared problem-solving.
