About Me!
Hello, my name is Arianna Huerta!
I am a third year at here UCSC. My primary learning goal revolves around gaining a better understanding of public health systems, and how they impact and effect marginalized communities
For my major I plan to pursue Global and Community Health because it aligns closely with my values and future career ambitions. In the long term, I aspire to build a career in healthcare. I want to be able to help and advocate for marginalized communities.
As a first-generation college student and Latina, I bring a unique perspective shaped by resilience, empathy, and determination. My background has given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented communities, and it fuels my passion for advocacy and service. I have developed strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a drive to overcome obstacles—all of which I believe are critical competencies for my future in healthcare.
