We're back and ready for some underwater action!
Applications for our Spring 2026 offerings are OPEN! Check our website for details on our SCUBA PREP Experience, SCUBA Experience, and apply by 04/12/2026.
We're getting trained! March, 2026
ACCESSdiving member, Hannah Hayes, just finished her NAUI Instructor training as a NAUI Diversity Scholarship Recipient! Thanks to this training, she will be able to oversee in-water activities such as our ACCESSdiving SCUBA Experiences. Thanks, Hannah, for keeping everyone safe! (right)
Additionally, ACCESSdiving co-founders, Iris Flores and Andrea Paz-Lacavex, just finished their NAUI Dive Master training! This will allow them to jump straight into the water to introduce SCUBA to students 1:1. Special thanks to Steve Claubesch, former Diving Safety Officer, for his amazing leadership in training! November 5th, 2025.
On November 5th, we celebrated Give Day at UCSC, a 24-hour fundraising challenge to support UCSC projects. We are incredibly thankful to all of our donors who joined the cause and helped us raise $1,460!! Thanks to YOUR support, we will be able to introduce 30+ more students to SCUBA with our Spring 2026 activities!
