The majority of the examples in this lab are campus plants, either grown in the biology greenhouses or planted in the ground throughout UCSB. Our amazing Mediterranean climate supports a variety of plants from all over the earth. When campus visitation starts again, we encourage you to explore and identify these plants in person. In the meantime, start recognizing plants and features we highlight in your neighborhoods!
