Vaishali Jain was a very good TA. She understood the material and could teach it in a way that made it easy to understand. She cleared up any questions students had about lecture and made sure everyone understood each step she would teach. I really liked her as my TA.

vaishali is so available and open to help students which i really appreciate. whenever i needed anything in regards to the course, she always answered my emails within a few minutes and was available to schedule zoom or in-person meetings whenever possible. i wouldn't have passed without vaishali and i appreciate everything she has done.

She was great in every lecture. She made sure she was thorough with all the content she went over. She showed different ways and examples of how to get to an answer, or how to solve an equation. I think she was a very good TA.

Vaishali Jain was always approachable and always used class time in a timely manner. She was always clearing up concepts from class and made sure to review any concepts that seemed more difficult than others.

Jain is a great TA! She will always explain each question carefully for us, and before the midterm exam, she will also help us solve the problems we have doubts about. Believe me, she is really good!

Vaishali Jain was an amazing TA. She came prepared to the discussions and used the class time effectively. She helped us with our discussion section questions and she cleared up any doubts that we had. She explained the problems thoroughly and she encouraged us to ask questions if we did not understand. In addition, she let us spend some time working out the problems on our own and giving her the answer to make sure that we understood. When the answer we would give was wrong, she would further explain how she got the answer and/or how our response was worng.

Vaishali is a wonderful TA. Vaishali explains concepts very well, encourages students to participate, wants students to do well, and is organized. Vaishali is very approachable and well prepared for each class.

She was a great TA. Whenever I messed up an answer she would always give me advice on what I did wrong, so that I could learn what I did wrong. Overall a great teacher.

Overall, this TA really helped me succeed in this course. What the lecture lacked in the organization the TA made up for in discussion and during office hours. I really appreciated the TA being accessible to help throughout the quarter and the clear setup of discussion to help me understand each problem and how to work through them.

TA Vaishali was a great TA! She explained things so clearly, which really helped because learning Macroeconomics can be pretty confusing. It was obvious that she’s very knowledgeable about the subject. She consistently encouraged discussion, even though our class was a bit shy. Still, she remained kind, patient, and accessible throughout the quarter. Thank you, Vaishali, for a great quarter!

She broke down every concept and made it understandable. The stduents werent very enthusiastic, but she did a good job at making the class participate the best she could. She was very kind and caring. Overall, I think she was a great instructor for this class.

I had this class at 8 am and barely any students showed up. Regardless, she showed up and taught to the few students that showed up to class. She had a very positive attitude and continued to help the students who showed up.

She was a good TA and helped a lot when learning about the subject by adding examples and further context to a lot of the math and general business stuff in the course so overall she was good

Vaishali is an amazing TA, as she devotes all our given class time to teaching us the contents as much as she can. Our discussion was before each week's lecture, so the class's worksheets were often about a topic we hadn't learned yet. However, Vaishali always continued to explain the concepts to us in an easily understandable way so that we would still be able to follow the worksheet and the new contents well, and she would make time for us even after class whenever we had questions.

Vaishali was an incredible instructor!! Her videos were the first thing I reviewed before the homework, and her lectures helped prepare me to ace my midterm exam. She focuses on the exact parts that are tested and makes amazing connections that make the content stick. Working through examples that reflect the homework assignments made classwork manageable and I’m very grateful for her notes she posted in addition to her videos. I hope I can have Vaishali as a future TA, especially after my unpleasant experiences with TAs from Intro to Microeconomics. Thank you, Vaishali!!

I enjoyed taking this class she explained the topics very clearly and thoroughly. The videos were helpful and very detailed. She is a good professor with a lot of knowledge on the subject.
