The Anthropology Department will hold events for you to meet one another (with pizza). We are going to have one for the first-year and sophomore class, another for the junior and senior class, and one for everyone in the program at the end of the academic year.

Hello Anthropology Faculty-

On behalf of the San Bernardino County Museum, we would like to announce the dates for our Fall 2026 Agua Mansa Pioneer Cemetery Field School!

AMPC Field School focuses on Headstone Discovery and Historical Archaeology in a cemetery setting.

Dates: August 16th – December 12th, 2026 (4 lab days and 11 field days)
Field Site: 2001 Agua Mansa Road, Colton, CA
Lab Site: 2024 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands, CA
Fee: $560/student (Enrollment limited to 20 students)

Application Deadline: May 31st, 2026
