If you haven't fulfill the prerequisites listed on Home page, check them out before continuing.
If you have everything ready, please read and follow below steps carefully.
Step 1: Sort and organize all of your data files.
Refer to the steps and uses cases in File Sorting Instructions based on your need and/or study design.
Step 2: Download all system scripts that you must need to set up: Must Have
There are 5 of them, make sure you download them all into one folder - last updated on 08/21/2024.
*You don't need to open or edit or run the Must Have scripts at any point.
Step 3: Download the specific script(s) for the assessment(s) that you want to process: Assessment Scripts.
You may only choose the ones of interest, make sure you download them into the same folder as Must Have scripts located in.
Step 4: Open and run the assessment script(s) that you downloaded
Make sue you run each of the assessment scripts to process every assessment of your interest.
Running assessment script(s) requires you to input some paths. Here are some examples (in MacOS):
Where is your JSON data folder located at?
Enter the directory/path, then press return:
/Users/Jane/Desktop/RawData
*You should always use the path to the single data folder.
Where do you want processed data to be saved?
Enter the directory/path, then press return:
/Users/Jane/Desktop/StudyFolder
Step 5: Check the directory where you save the processed data for .csv files of assessment(s)
