We aim to connect student members to industry professionals to get any questions they have answered about what it really is like in the field they're interested in.
The Professional Development Committee of AIChE at the University of California, Riverside is the main organizer for the annual Industry Night. The ProDev Chair is the primary contact for any professional workshops, events, and networking opportunities. Our main goal is to provide a direct pathway from academia to industry for current UCR engineering students.
AIChE's Professional Development Committee is always looking for new members to join! By joining the committee, you highlight leadership experience on your resume, demonstrate involvement in AIChE, which may help you become a future executive board member and have the opportunity to network with industry professionals via our outreaches.
We look forward to working and connecting with you!

INDUSTRY NIGHT
What is Industry Night?
────────
Industry Night is a dynamic networking event that connects UCR students with industry professionals and hiring recruiters. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with representatives from three selected companies, gaining insights into career opportunities and learning about various organizations' roles within the chemical and environmental engineering sectors.
The event aims to introduce undergraduate students to diverse fields within the industry while providing companies—both local and national—with a platform to identify and recruit top talent for internships or entry-level positions.
AIChE at UCR is excited to host this event and looks forward to welcoming you!
