Biografía
received the M. Sc. E. Eng. (1999) And the Dr. E. Eng (2007) from Center of Research and Advanced Studies in Mexico. He is at present an associate professor at University of Colima, Mexico. Their research interest are related with control system synthesis, load flow, reduced order systems, Fourier series, covariance matrices, discrete time systems, iterative methods, linear systems, power convertors, power system control, power system interconnection, power system parameter estimation, power system security, power system transient stability, power transformers, reactive power, transfer functions, power systems, power system stability, approximation theory, matrix algebra, power system dynamic stability, IIR filters, Newton method, bilinear systems and smart homes.
