We built ONE for those of you who love longer sessions and real structure. This is a 6-week, full follow-along hypertrophy-focused program designed to help you build muscle, train heavy core, and move better every single week.
Every workout is a complete 60 min session, including your warm-up, main strength work, core focus, and cool down.
You press play, and we train together from start to finish. No mixing videos. No guessing what to do next. No rushing through workouts.
The ONE Series is a 6-week structured strength program with four workouts each week. Our training approach focuses on hypertrophy-based strength training, which means using controlled repetitions, time under tension, and progressive overload to stimulate muscle growth and develop real strength over time. Instead of random workouts, each session follows a clear structure so you can train with purpose and see consistent progress.
Throughout the program, we combine traditional strength training with functional movement patterns to create workouts that challenge your muscles while also improving stability, coordination, and athletic movement. Core and abdominal strength are a major focus as well, helping you build a strong foundation that supports every lift and movement.
Every workout includes a guided warm-up and cool-down, and the full session runs approximately 60-70 minutes from start to finish. (including warm-ups and cool-downs)
Each week includes four workouts designed to balance strength, muscle building, and conditioning: (Workouts are released on YouTube every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday)
Monday – Full Body Strength & Muscle
Tuesday – Active Rest / Optional Cardio
Wednesday – Total Lower Body
Thursday – Total Upper Body
Friday – Full Rest Day
Saturday – Full Body Conditioning / MetCon
Sunday – Active Rest / Mobility
The two full-body sessions change each week, bringing new combinations of exercises and training styles to keep the workouts fresh and challenging.
The program uses minimal equipment, making it perfect for home workouts.
Recommended equipment:
• Dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy if possible)
• Bench
• Resistance bands
• Yoga block
Optional equipment, such as kettlebells, can also be used if you have them available.
The ONE Series is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or have been training for years, you can adjust the intensity by selecting the weights that suit you best.
If you're new to our workouts, we recommend starting with lighter weights and focusing on mastering the movement and technique before increasing the load.

A 10-week muscle-building and strength program designed to push things further.
Build 2.0 follows a progressive structure, focusing on strength, hypertrophy, and smart training splits—with added cardio days to support endurance and conditioning.
Warm-ups and cool-downs are included in every session, making it easy to show up, press play, and train with intention. We are using a bench, yoga blocks, light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, and resistance bands. This program is suitable for intermediate and advanced lifters. Beginners follow along with care and adjust as needed.
This series builds on the foundation of Build 1.0, but it’s also great as a standalone program if you’re ready to level up.

The third edition of our signature program—an 8-week muscle-building and strength series that brings new challenges, variety, and a whole lot of fun.
Following up on the progress from Build 1.0 and 2.0, this series adds more focus on balance, stability, and control, with dedicated core and mobility days woven into the structure. You’ll still train hard with strength and hypertrophy work, but now with an even more well-rounded approach that supports recovery and overall movement.
Expect to feel stronger, more athletic, and more connected to your body by the end of these 8 weeks. Equioments used: Light, Medium and Heavy dumbbells, Resitance Bands, Bench or Plyo Box and Yoga Blocks.

An 8-week hybrid program designed to build muscle, boost stamina, and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.
Vitalize blends hypertrophy-focused training with power, stamina, and metabolic conditioning. You’ll train with circuits, supersets, and targeted splits—each workout structured to hit a specific muscle group while also improving overall athletic performance.
Expect a perfect mix of strength, balance, core control, and conditioning. Every session includes a full warm-up and cool-down, and you’ll be training from home using just dumbbells, bands, and a bench.

Infinite is our first-ever full-body focused series—designed for intermediate to advanced lifters ready for high energy and intensity. You’ll train across all planes of movement with powerful combinations of metcon, endurance, agility, and stamina-based workouts.
Each session is packed with dynamic exercises, balance work, and explosive movements that push your strength, cardio, and coordination all at once.

Welcome! We’re Chris and Edi — a married couple who train together and are passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and feel-good energy through fitness.
Edi was a competitive swimmer in Hungary and later specialized in training female athletes and nutrition coaching, helping women build strength, improve performance, and feel their best through smart training and balanced nutrition. Chris played soccer at a high level before transitioning into strength and functional training after college, bringing a strong athletic foundation and performance-focused approach to our workouts.
Together, we’ve been coaching for over 12 years, working with clients both in person and online, and today tens of thousands of people train with us through our YouTube workouts.
Over the years we developed our own approach — the Chris & Edi Method — blending strength training with functional movement, athletic flow, and smart progressions. It combines both of our training styles and focuses on workouts that are challenging, effective, and actually enjoyable to follow.
Our workouts are designed for everyone. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or have been training for years, you’ll find yourself challenged, supported, and progressing step by step. The goal is simple: train smart, move well, and keep getting stronger.
