SW-PBS Tier 1 Emerging Phase Training
There are no Tier 1 Emerging Phase Training Sessions Scheduled for this school year. Please contact your Central Region consultants if you have questions about beginning the work of SW-PBS at your school.
Missouri School-Wide Positive Behavior Support (MO SW-PBS). This is a series of six sessions designed for school teams beginning their first full year of SW-PBS implementation. Content will emphasize deeper understanding and implementation of the Essential Components of SW-PBS, implementation of effective classroom practices, and the use of data for quality decision making. These sessions are for current SW-PBS Tier 1 Emerging schools only.
Outcomes for these sessions include:
Implementing Data-Based Decision-Making to analyze fidelity of implementation of SW-PBS - specifically looking at multiple data sources (informal surveys, self-assessments, peer observations, walk-throughs, and interviews.)
Developing systems for annually collecting, reviewing, and reporting student assistance referrals both social and academic.
Identifying the value and features of Classroom Practice. Supervision.
Use of effective action planning to guide and monitor development and implementation tasks.

Audience: Building Administrator and at least two Tier 1 Team members.
