Cosby was a three-time All-American during his four-year career with Mules Football. He earned a Second Team All-America honor in 2010 and was honorable mention in 2008 and 2009. He was also a three-time All-MIAA selection earning two first team nods and a second team accolade. Cosby ranks second all-time at UCM in career receptions (141), third in receiving yards (2,146) and third in receiving touchdowns (20) all three marks are tops for a tight end. His 71 catches in 2010 are third most in a single-season, while his 970 receiving yards are seventh best and 10 touchdowns are the sixth most.
