Event Venue

The symposium on Friday will be held at the Kettering Lab Complex - 160 Panzeca Way, Cincinnati, OH 45220

Directions:

Exit out the lowest floor of the Graduate hotel & cross at the cross walk
Turn right on Goodman Dr
Turn left on Panzeca Way
Follow Panzeca behind the parking garage then walk past the Health Sciences Building, Kettering Lab will be directly ahead
The auditorium is right inside the main entrance

A hotel block has been secured for April 10 - 12, 2025. Please use this link to book your rooms by March 11, 2025 to guarantee rooms at discounted rates.

Bus Pickup

There will be a shuttle available for the extra events on Thursday evening, Friday evening, and Saturday morning. The shuttle will pick up & drop back off at the Graduate Hotel.

The bus will pick up the group from the first floor concierge level (not the second floor lobby).

Additional Parking

If you are not parked at the Graduate Hotel you can use the Eden Avenue Garage - 3223 Eden Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220

Those without a parking pass must park on the 7th or 8th floor
Exit out of one of the North corners of the garage and follow the path past the Health Sciences Building
Kettering Lab will be straigh ahead
