Registration is now closed. Registration will be free (supported by NSF DUE 1821724).
Your registration fee includes:
Thursday morning coffee/tea
Thursday lunch
Friday breakfast
Friday lunch
For those interested in presenting a teaching, research, or service related project at the meeting, the meeting will have poster sessions. Poster abstract submission will occur through the meeting registration process.
Poster Information
During the registration process, please include the following:
Poster Title
Author List (in the form of First Name Middle Initial Last Name - e.g. Jane S. Doe, with commas separating authors)
Poster abstract (400 words max)
Posters will be presented in a digital format leveraging computer monitors present in the classrooms in the conference building. Instructions to do so are as follows:
Half of the posters will be presented on Thursday, the other half on Friday.
We encourage you to construct the poster as a single Powerpoint slide or PDF with the page in widescreen format.
Posters can be displayed using a laptop attached to each monitor present in the rooms. Poster presenters will upload their file to a google doc folder shortly before the conference and the organizers will be responsible for setting up the posters. Presenters will be contacted with more information a couple weeks before the meeting.
