Poster Information

For those interested in presenting a teaching, research, or service related project at the meeting, you have the option of presenting a poster. This will be a great opportunity to disseminate your work and obtain feedback from your colleagues. Poster registration will occur during the meeting registration process. Requested information includes:

1. Poster Title

2. Author List (in the form of First Name Middle Initial Last Name - e.g. Jane S. Doe, with commas separating authors)

3. Poster abstract (400 words max)

Posters will be presented in a digital format leveraging computer monitors present in the classrooms in the conference building. Instructions to do so are as follows:

• We encourage you to construct the poster in as a single Powerpoint slide (or similar format) with the page in widescreen format.

• Posters can be displayed using a laptop attached to each monitor present in the rooms or on your own laptop/tablet/phone using the Solstice app. We would encourage you to download the Solstice app prior to arriving at the conference.
