Teacher Tools

Remind- This is a life-saver! I am able to communicate with parents as a whole or individually as easily as a text message. I send out daily words of encouragement, pictures of their students working in class, what their child's agenda should resemble for homework assignments, and stay connected as a class!

TeachersPayTeachers- In my first year, I was sent to so many "new teacher" trainings, grade-level PD's, and school-site trainings. Meaning, I needed substitutes and sub-plans! This website is perfect for those easy to plan lessons to leave for the substitute teachers.

GoNoodle- I am a mover and a shaker! I cannot stay in a seat for very long and am always pacing my classroom. I could never expect my students to have to stay in their seats for long periods of time. This website is ideal for those quick, body movement, brain breaks while transitioning between lessons.

IXL- I am fortunate that my school district provided this as a free membership for my first year. However, even if we did not have a free membership, I would happily pay for one in my classroom! It is great additional practice for students across several subjects and meets appropriate grade-level standards.

Instagram- @MissMoeTeaches is my teacher instagram! It has been such an awesome 21st century tool in connecting with educators all over the globe, updating parents of our classroom, and learning new innovative styles of teaching.
