At Apple Elementary, we believe language is a powerful tool for connection and learning. Students are encouraged to express themselves freely and respectfully, incorporating their native languages alongside English. Unlike traditional schools, we celebrate linguistic diversity and actively include students’ home languages in our curriculum, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for all.
Our Language Policy
Students at our school are free to practice different languages other than English. Unlike traditional schools that stick to the English curriculum and discourage the use of different languages, at Apple Elementary School we celebrate diversity and encourage students to incorporate their native language into the class curriculum.
The ways we enforce these languages at Apple Elementary School is by incorporating their native languages into the curriculum fostering an inclusive environment where all linguistic and cultural backgrounds are valued. This approach enhances learning and builds a strong sense of identity and pride in our students' heritage. We also have a diverse team of Educators and Staff who reflect the multicultural make up of our school. In addition to offering different perspectives that enhance everyone's educational experience the diversityalso qurantees that students feel supported and represented.
