Relay For Life at UCI

CELEBRATE. REMEMBER. FIGHT BACK.

Relay For Life is an event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against this terrible disease.

How To Participate:

At our UCI Relay, teams of students and members of the local community camp out in Aldrich Park and take turns walking or running around a track. Since cancer never sleeps, Relay is a 24 hour event. Relayers do not have to walk all night, but each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Funds raised through Relay For Life help support the work of the American Cancer Society.  In the midst of the pandemic,  physical relay for life has been postponed, but you can still get involved through fundraising for a great cause!
