Invited Speakers and Travel Support Awardees:
Funding support for airfare and two (2) nights lodging is available for a limited number of participants. Please register early to reserve your spot. We will notify you by mid-July if you were awarded travel and lodging support (latest; earlier for early registrants). Once you are accepted to the meeting you will receive a notification of how UCI deals with travel arrangements and will be prompted to book your travel through UCLA Travel. Please do not make your own travel reservations, as those will not be reimbursed. Additionally, we have hotel rooms blocked at the Ayres Hotel for you. Please do not reserve your own hotel room, unless you prefer to stay elsewhere at your own expense.

Travel:
UCI is most easily reached by air from Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA). Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about an hour’s drive. The nearest rail stop is Irvine Station (Amtrak, Metrolink).
