Google Workspace for Education provides free, web-based programs like document creation tools, shared calendars, and collaboration tools. This service is available through an agreement between Google and Unionville-Chadds Ford School District. Your child’s teachers may use G Suite for Education for lessons, assignments, and communication. G Suite for Education is available anywhere with Internet access. All students receive Google accounts grades K-12th.
■ Students in grades K-2nd emails are not activated.
■ Students in grades 3rd-6th can only send/receive emails from staff and specific external domains approved by the building administrators.
■ Students in grades 7th-12th can send/receive emails from 7th-12th grade students and staff and send/receive emails outside of UCFSD email domain.
PowerSchool SIS is our district's student information system.
Unionville-Chadds Ford School District utilizes an online portal to allow parents a glimpse into their child's educational information in PowerSchool SIS. The PowerSchool Parent Portal allows parents to view grades and attendance, update contact information, complete forms, access special education documents, and more using any internet connection. You can click on the Parent Portal link from the district web page or type the direct address: https://ucfsd.powerschool.com
Canvas is UCFSD's Learning Management System for students in grades 6-12. It’s an organizational framework for students to interact with teachers and courses, all in one place. Students can login to Canvas and see all their courses, assignments, announcements and a calendar. The Canvas Student app is also available for iOS and Android.
Seesaw is UCFSD's Learning Management System for students in grades K-5. Teachers can use Seesaw for student assessment, collect work, and give direct private feedback to students. They can even push assignments to students for them to complete and turn in via Seesaw. This makes Seesaw primarily a place where students and teachers can interact around their work.
Clever is UCFSD's single sign-on dashboard for students K-12. It is used by students as a “launching page” that organizes the many usernames and passwords needed to log in to online curriculum sites.
RevTrak is UCFSD's online payment system. RevTrak is a safe and secure way to pay athletic and club fees as well as Chromebook and textbook fees. RevTrak can be accessed through your PowerSchool Parent portal.
UCFSD uses the School Messenger notification system to send out important updates and messages to our families, including alerts regarding school closures, safety information, events, attendance, and general information. School Messenger works using the information and settings you select in your PowerSchool Parent account (i.e. contact information, preferences on what messages you would like to receive, etc.)
Unionville-Chadds Ford School District utilizes the web filtering solution, Securly. This solution was implemented to help keep students safe on their school-issued devices. You will receive a weekly email from Securly.com that will show you a preview of your child’s online activity. To receive access to their full online activity history, you can enter the free Securly Parent Portal.

Naviance is a software program whose intended purpose is to help our students through the college application process. Naviance helps our students reach their goals by developing skills critical for college, career, and life.
