UC Davis MESA Virtual Academy

In response to COVID-19 the UC Davis MESA College Prep Center will provide STEM activities online for participating MESA K-12 Students. Please note that only enrolled 2019-2020 MESA students from the Sacramento Region can earn points towards UC Davis prizes. Activities will be posted on a weekly basis for those students that would like to participate. MESA students will also have the opportunity to share recorded solutions through our UC Davis MESA Social Media!

UC Davis MESA College Prep Center welcomes you to join us for our MESA Virtual Academy! Our MESA Center has continued to stay connected to our local MESA community and support our students wherever they are. UC Davis Project Prizes

What do you need to do to win a prize?

To win a prize you need to follow theses steps:

  • Be enrolled as a MESA middle school and high school student for the 2019-2020 academic year!

  • Participate in the the MESA weekly virtual academy challenges

How will prizes be awarded?

  • Participating students will earn points for each submission entered. Weekly 1st place winners will be awarded additional points and will also be recognized on our social media platforms.

  • At the end of the academy, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded to those who earn the most points. Students can view the scoreboard in the MESA challenge page.
