Systems Respond to Change

How can we use what we know about the impacts of past systems changes to salmon populations to help with decision making in the future? 

In this module, students will make connections between climate change, the changing system and the rise of TDC in salmon populations. They will reflect on the complex decision making that has gone into both monitoring and reacting to TDC at the NOAA fisheries level and ways in which their research can support future decision making.
