Understanding Your Role in the Research

What are the mortality rates of wild salmon suffering from TDC? And what might the sub-lethal effects be?

In this module, students will learn about how the participatory science monitoring protocols support current TDC research. They will practice making observations of salmon at different early life cycle stages and become more familiar with key early life cycle signals as they focus on submitting high quality data. As students are introduced to additional members of the science research team, they will reflect on their new understanding of the system impacting the salmon.
