On September 25, 2025, I presented my poster "Vowelless forms are allophonic variants of some words in Tarifit" at the Annual Meeting on Phonology, Berkeley.
In Fall 2025, I started teaching an innovative class, along with Georgia Zellou: "LIN 105 – Topics in Language & Linguistics [Field Methods & Human-Computer Interaction]. In this class, we simulate a fieldwork documentation of Tarifit, an under-researched Morrocan Amazigh language, combining methods from fieldwork documentation and human-computer interaction in an innovative way.
In July 2025, I presented two conference talks at the 22èmes Rencontres du Réseau Français de Phonologie, Agadir, Morocco. The two talks were "Vowelless forms are allophonic variants of some words in Tarifit: Evidence from production and perception of triconsonantal words."; and "Post-vocalic r-dropping is socially conditioned in Tarifit: Evidence from production and perception."
