ARRIVE: Friday, March 14, Participants and Chaperones should arrive at 5 pm. Follow the attached map.
PLAN to check-in outside the Walden West Dining Hall (in case of rain, we will be inside of the dining hall.) .
CHECK-IN: Parents will review 4-H online health form on file and sign-in youth. (If another parent is driving your 4-H'er, please follow these instructions to print a health form from ZSuite and sign it at the bottom to confirm the contact and health information is current.)
DEPART: Sunday, March 16 at 12:30 pm, after lunch. Pick-up @ the dining hall

This is a 4-H event. Participants will follow the
code of conduct and 4-H Dress Guidelines
MEDICINE - These will be turned over to the LON Health Officer during check-in.
Medicines (Prescription AND Over-The-Counter) packed with your child in labeled containers.
BEDDING - Bunk beds are provided with twin foam mattresses & cabins are heated – but it can still be cold at night.
Please bring your own bedding:
Sleeping Bag OR Blankets & Sheets & Pillow(s) (extra blankets make it cozy)
Flashlight
CLOTHING ITEMS – Daily attire is casual at LON, Think layers, jeans and sweaters.
Pants for daily use
Tops/Shirts for daily use
Nice outfit for dance on Saturday (optional)
Undergarments for daily use
Shoes & Socks
Outerwear - jackets and scarves (it can get quite cold at night, plan on packing layers)
Pajamas or sweats for sleeping attire, slippers if desired
Sandals/flip flops for showers
Swimsuit for showers
TOILETRIES -
Comb and/or Hairbrush
Toothbrush & Toothpaste/Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner/Deodorant
Feminine Items if needed
Bath Towel & Washcloths

Headphones/earbuds/headset allowed in cabins during appropriate hours (optional)
No video games (There is no available WiFi at Walden West)
Electric Hair Dryer (optional)
OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS – Please bring:
Reusable water bottle with your name on it
A snack to share for the dance/movie night (chips, crackers, fruit, juice) NO Soda
Book, game, or cards for cabin time (optional)
PROHIBITED ITEMS -- WILL result in the participant being SENT HOME:
Alcoholic Beverages
Tobacco or vaping products &/or paraphernalia
Weapons of any kind
Drugs that are NOT prescribed to the LON participant (The LON health officer will have over the counter medications if needed and on healthform.)
Accommodations
Cabins with bunk beds, bathrooms, and showers are provided.
All Meals will be provided beginning with Friday night dinner and ending with Sunday lunch.
Special dietary needs can be accommodated, please use the registration to indicate your dietary needs if any.
