Kristin Predeck

My name is Kristin Predeck and I obtained my PhD from the Department of German at the University of California, Davis, advised by Dr. Santiago Barreda Castañon and Dr. Carlee Arnett. I received my M.A. in Linguistics with a concentration on phonetics and phonology, forensic linguistics and quantitative research from Heinrich-Heine university, Düsseldorf in 2017. 

My research focuses on speech perception, natural language processing, speech signal processing, experimental phonetics, socio-phonetics and cross-language production and perception.
