Goal / Submit a robust list of review team nominations.
Do not submit: people who have worked on grants and paper together in the last 5 years.
Nominees should have a broad understanding of the discipline.

The list is due from the department on March 8, 2020. We would appreciate receiving faculty nominations by the end of January 2020.
The Confidential Questionnaires solicits anonymous comments, from the faculty and students.
Survey timeline duration: 4/27/2021-5/28/2021
Online survey launch date: April 27, 2021 by Judi Garcia.
Judi Garcia will send reminders on May 11th and May 25th.
Programs are encouraged to send additional reminders.
A minimum 75% response rate is expected.

The review team visits will occur on Feb 23-24, 2022.
We want to ensure that the review team members have the opportunity to meet with everyone in our program.
The on-site visit will take place over two full consecutive days and is based on the availability of the program, the external reviewer, and the ad hoc review team members.
