A long weekend in Boarding

Many members of our Boarding Community spent the first long weekend of the year on campus, exploring Toronto, enjoying a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, and basking in the quiet of a typically busy boarding house! The boarders who remained on campus were treated to all-you-can-eat sushi at Yonge and Eglinton on Saturday and arcade games and pizza at The Rec Room on Sunday. It was a wonderful time to reconnect over food and celebrate community. We hope everyone enjoyed a weekend filled with rest and relaxation, reflection, and reconnecting with loved ones near and far. 

Sushi outing

Twelve boarders accompanied Ms. Blagona to a local sushi restaurant to sample their 'all you can eat' weekend menu! The boys ordered a lot of their favourites, and sampled some new foods, too. This was a lovely, leisurely shared meal out.

Arcade outing

On Sunday, boarding students enjoyed the lively atmosphere filled with arcade games and delicious pizza at The Rec Room in Toronto. They engaged in friendly competition, trying out some new games and some arcade staples and walking away with fun prizes. It was nice to take a moment to relax and enjoy the vibrant energy of the venue as a welcome break from academic routines.
