Halloween trick-or-treating

Year 8 and 9 boarders were joined by senior leaders for a trick-or-treating escapade around the Forest Hill community. Many enjoyed getting to know the neighbourhood better as they ventured out for candy (which was soon after fully consumed!). A candy station was set up by some student volunteers to welcome local children to trick-or-treat at UCC and meet our boarders. Families loved this opportunity to get to meet some of our stellar boarding students (and neighbours!). 

Dinner and volleyball at BSS

On Saturday, several UCC boarders joined their BSS counterparts in a co-ed game of volleyball. Healthy competition underscored the even healthier ties with our sister school as snacks were shared on the sideline while both balls and banter were lobbed across the net. Thank you BSS for hosting us for a wonderful evening!
