Discover a curated selection of gifts from over 65 local vendors at our Festive Marketplace. Explore unique items for yourself, your family and your home! Find the ideal holiday gift among our diverse offerings.
Our vendors are passionate local entrepreneurs, artisans, and designers who create with love and care. When you shop at Festive Marketplace, you’re supporting our local small business community.
Give a thoughtful gift or delicious treat from one of our vendors and spread joy to those you love.
Festive Marketplace thrives each year thanks to the incredible support of our UCC community. Parents, here are ways you can get involved:
Volunteer your time. It takes 150 parent and student volunteers to make Festive a success. Flexible shifts are available throughout the day, and you can schedule your time around student musical performances. Prep students perform throughout the day, and Upper school students in the afternoon. Sign up here to volunteer.
Donate to our Silent Auction. We need your help to make our upcoming auction a success. We’re looking for donated items, such as: sports tickets, theatre tickets, gift cards, cottage rentals, services and unique experiences. If you have something to donate, please fill out this form.
Not sure what to donate? Make a monetary donation and we’ll purchase items and gift cards on your behalf. Simply send an e-transfer to treasurer@uccprepparents.ca and include “Festive” in the note.
A very special thank you goes out to our key sponsors of this year’s Snowball Grab; Pizza Pizza, and Jennifer MacGregor and Michelle Way of Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage. We’re so grateful for your generous donations!
All proceeds from Festive Marketplace and Festive Auction are used by our Parent Organizations for special initiatives that provide direct and positive enhancements for UCC students.
Festive Marketplace is just three weeks away! One of the many highlights is our Festive Bake Sale, filled with delicious treats ranging from cakes, cookies and squares to vegan and gluten-free delights.
We’re grateful for homemade and store-bought baked goods (and so are the students and attendees!).
Some helpful baked goods guidelines:
Please ensure all items are nut-free.
Please individually wrap items, wherever possible. If unable to, no problem as we’ll take care of it on our end.
Gluten-free and dairy-free options are much appreciated.
No time to bake? Store-bought items are always welcome.
Please complete this form to let the Bake Sale Committee know what you’re planning to bring.
All baked goods can be dropped off at the following times and locations:
No need to park, as volunteers will be on hand to collect baked goods directly from cars.
Thursday, Dec. 12, 7:30 to 9 a.m., and 3 to 4 p.m.
Prep: Admission and Forest Hill entrances
Upper School: Clock Tower entrance
Friday, Dec. 13, 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Generously established by Mr. Eugene Vinogradov and Ms. Naoko Ishida, parents of Max Ishida, class of 2026, and Nicholas Ishida, class of 2032, the Max Ishida Memorial Music Fund is a heartfelt tribute to Max's memory and his passion for music and creativity.
We're deeply grateful for the generosity of those who have contributed to this fund, which will help support the Upper School music program by funding the periodic repair and replacement of instruments, the purchase of new technology and equipment, and the award of the Max Ishida Design Prize in Digital Media to two students who exemplify creativity and innovation in digital media.
Max displayed a profound interest in these areas and showcased his exceptional talents, bringing his unique vision and creativity to life. We’re extremely grateful for the overwhelming support of the fund. To make a donation in honour of Max, please contribute to his fund here, and help nurture the next generation of creative minds.
Thank you.
