Boarding April 10, 2025
This past weekend we had a RAO Cup event for the ages. Seatons and Wedd's faced off in a scintillating game of touch football on the main field. The match garnered interest from the boarding community and beyond, with a rather substantial crowd coming out to watch the boys from both houses display their athletic skills and teamwork. Seatons and Wedds went back and forth marching down the field making spectacular offensive and defensive plays throughout the game. Seatons buckled in and shut down Wedds on the final drive of the game to secure a conclusive win with no time remaining. It was overall a great game, and all students involved had a memorable time.
Despite the rain there were still a few who wanted to go for a mountain bike ride in the Don Valley. The opening portion of the ride proved to be muddy and wet, followed by a beautiful ride downtown and along the waterfront. A small troupe from Boarding took on the adventure and enjoyed a sunny afternoon by Lake Ontario. Thanks Mr. Heffernan for supervising this ride — we look forward to many more this spring!
