To register your student(s) for the 2024–25 school year at Upper Canada College, the following must be completed and submitted by no later than Friday, February 9:
Re-Registration Contract(s) for your student(s)
2024–25 Athletic Consent and Media Waiver for your student(s)
The contract(s) and form(s) will be available as of 12 p.m. on January 18, 2024 on Bluenet.
Please note the following:
Only one parent or guardian is required to complete these forms. The parent or guardian who completes and submits the re-registration contract(s) accepts full financial responsibility for all fees associated with the contract(s).
If shared financial responsibility has already been established with the College, then both parents or guardians are required to sign and complete the re-registration contract(s). Parents and guardians with shared financial responsibility will receive a contract that requires two signatures.
If there is an outstanding balance owing to the College, you will not have access to your re-registration contract(s). Please contact Colleen Papulkas to complete payment and access your contract(s) for the 2024–25 school year.
Financial assistance information will be shared with individual families who made a complete application to Apple Financial early next week by email.
To sign your contract(s) and submit the form(s) please log in to Bluenet. Instructions for accessing the contract(s) in Bluenet are available here.
If you have any technical issues with the re-registration process, please contact helpdesk@ucc.on.ca.

Come and enjoy lots of fun winter activities for the whole family to enjoy! Take part in activities such as:
Cross-country skiing: Bring your own or use ours. Instructors will teach beginners and lead a tour. More advanced skiers are welcome to follow one of our marked trails (trails aren’t track-set).
Tobogganing: Zoom down our popular toboggan hill in the arboretum. Bring your own or use one of ours. Please bring your own helmet.
Hiking: Winter is a beautiful time to go for a guided walk around the property. Snowshoes are available for use.
Bird feeder craft: Make a pine cone suet bird feeder in our classroom and hang it up outside. The Norval staff will also help you encourage our feathered friends to come eat from your hand!
Bundle up for a day of outdoor adventure with friends and family. Stephen House will be open and serving food and refreshments. Dogs on a leash are welcome (but won’t have access to the indoor spaces).
Click here to register or contact Amanda Vieira-Hasz in the Association Office at 416-488-1125, ext. 2038.
Directions:
Take Highway 401 west to Winston Churchill Boulevard. Follow Winston Churchill Boulevard north and go through the Village of Norval. Continue straight ahead. The entrance to the Norval property is on your left, 1.2 km north of the village stoplight. The drive takes about 50 minutes from UCC in light traffic.
This year, many members of our community will celebrate the Year of the Dragon. All parents are invited to attend our Lunar New Year lunch on Feb. 1 in the mezzanine in the Upper School (beside the Student Centre) from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

We will also be hosting a Lunar New Year Temple Fair, which will feature activities, snacks and crafts. This will be held in the Student Centre from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. All parents and students are invited to attend. Note that Prep School students are welcome to attend after school with a parent.
