To register your student(s) for the 2024–25 school year at Upper Canada College, the following must be completed and submitted by no later than Friday, February 9:

• Re-Registration Contract(s) for your student(s)

• 2024–25 Athletic Consent and Media Waiver for your student(s)

The contract(s) and form(s) will be available as of 12 p.m. on January 18, 2024 on Bluenet.

Please note the following: 

• Only one parent or guardian is required to complete these forms. The parent or guardian who completes and submits the re-registration contract(s) accepts full financial responsibility for all fees associated with the contract(s). 

• If shared financial responsibility has already been established with the College, then both parents or guardians are required to sign and complete the re-registration contract(s). Parents and guardians with shared financial responsibility will receive a contract that requires two signatures.

• If there is an outstanding balance owing to the College, you will not have access to your re-registration contract(s). Please contact Colleen Papulkas to complete payment and access your contract(s) for the 2024–25 school year.

• Financial assistance information will be shared with individual families who made a complete application to Apple Financial early next week by email.

In celebration of Greek Heritage Month, we are excited to announce that The Hellenic Culture Club, along with their parent volunteers, will be hosting our second annual Panegyri (Greek Festival) on Thursday, March 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Upper School Student Centre. Building on the success of last year's event, we anticipate this year's festival to be even more vibrant and engaging!

The Panegyri will feature a variety of activities, delicious Greek cuisine and informative tables. 

Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks as we finalize the schedule and offerings for the day. We encourage all members of the UCC community to mark their calendars and join us for this cultural celebration and create lasting memories together.
