Meanwhile, unseen beyond their fragile walls, their world is being reshaped by unstoppable forces.”

This play is part of ‘The Gregory Project’, a season of plays produced to mark one hundred and twenty years of the national theatre of Ireland and to honour its co-founder, Lady Gregory who, along with W.B.Yeats began the history of this theatre in 1904. Their manifesto included the ambitious phrase “to bring upon the stage the deeper emotions of Ireland.”
