Akwaaba to my personal page! I am a Lecturer at the Department of Ghanaian Languages and Linguistics, University of Cape Coast. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Leipzig, Germany in the DFG-funded Graduate Programme, IGRA. Before that, I obtained Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Ghana, Legon.
In terms of research, I am primarily interested in empirically-motivated theoretical issues in the syntax of Kwa languages, especially, Ga and Akan. I have worked on the following topics: pronouns, clausal determiners, negative polarity, word order, inherent complement verbs, among others.
