Call into the Residence Coordinator on Duty between 4:15-4:45 pm each day.
Office Hours Monday-Thursday: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
Fill out your Round Reports after each round.
Fill out the Phone Log after each incoming and outgoing call or by the end of your duty shift.
Be present and prepared to support our students and one another.
Round Reports and Duty Phone Logs should be completed after each round and after each incoming and outgoing phone call is made from the duty phone. Further instructions are provided on the forms themselves. If you have further questions, you should contact RLC Jules Merguie.
As Student Staff you have two reporting options;
Housing & Residence Life Incident Report: This should be used to document violations to HRL and UCA policies and procedures or local, state, and federal laws.
Behavior Incident Report: This should be used to document concerning behavior displayed by students.
If you are completing any of the incident report options, you should be contacting the Residence Coordinator On Duty and following up with an email about the incident with RLC Jules Merguie. Reports must be completed RIGHT AFTER an incident happens. regardless of the time of day or night.
Student staff should submit the fire alarm report once it is safe to reenter the building after a fire alarm. This form should be submitted for all fire alarms, including drills and false alarms. Communicate with your teammates to ensure that only one student staff member is submitting this report.
