Chalk talks are a great and easy way to begin presenting your research.  It is a relaxed environment where COSE students can share their research experiences, data, and findings with other COSE students and faculty.  

Presenters will create 12-15 minute presentations based on their research.  During the presentation, presenters will use the whiteboard and one powerpoint slide to tell their research story.  The white board is used to draw figures or diagrams or write equations/formulas while the one powerpoint slide is used to showcase figures, pictures, data, complex formulas or algorithms, etc.  At the end, COSE students and faculty can ask you questions regarding your research.
