Reminders to the participants of the forum

UA&P Dress Code: 

MEN: Shirt should have sleeves, full-length pants (except skin-tight clothing and no ripped jeans), no bottoms above the knee, shoes that cover the feet

WOMEN: No sleeves, off-shoulder, cropped or hanging top; full-length pants; dresses and skirts below the knees are allowed (no skin-tight clothing); shoes that cover the feet (sandals are allowed as long as they have straps at the back)

Extension cords / sockets: Please be advised that there will be very limited slots for phone / laptop charging during the forum.  

WIFI: UA&P GUEST / SCForum2024

Accommodation / Transportation Expenses: The organizers can only bear the costs of the venue and meals of the forum.  Accommodation and transportation expenses will have to be shouldered by the participants.

Please proceed to UA&P Parking and Sports building (see map below).

Virtual participation:

We're facing challenges in setting up for virtual participation due to the venue's limitations, so we've decided to cancel the virtual option.
