Esta herramienta permitirá construir un esquema general de la empresa, de tal manera que por un lado, podremos organizar en nueve (9) bloques, los aspectos más relevantes que la conforman; en segundo lugar, constatar si los directivos pueden identificar fácilmente dichos aspectos, lo que indicaría un conocimiento profundo y real del negocio; finalmente, representará un insumo importante que nos dará una aproximación inicial sobre el estado de la empresa.

El Diagrama SIPOC

A partir de la información de la empresa esquematizada en su Modelo de Negocio Canvas, podrá paralelamente obtener el Diagrama SIPOC, de su sigla en inglés Suppliers (Proveedores), Inputs (Entradas), Process (Procesos), Outputs (Salidas) y Customers (Clientes), aunque con una visión general.

Ambas herramientas nos permitirán capturar un esquema general de la Cadena de Suministro de la empresa.
