Welcome!  My name is Matt Matejka, I am an undergraduate student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock majoring in Professional and Technical Writing.   I live in Lone Grove, Oklahoma with my husband Matt and four of our five kids aged 21, 20, 18, 17, and 16 along with a horse, some goats, three dogs, four cats, and 20-something chickens.

I currently work in industrial maintenance as a technician in a distribution center for a major US-based retailer.   Once I finish my undergrad degree, I hope to pursue a new career as a grant writer, although I may be willing to consider technical writing or industrial consulting work as well.   

I intend to continue to graduate school immediately following the completion of my undergraduate studies in 2025 and hope to enter the Ph.D. program in Technical Communication and Rhetoric at Texas Tech University,
