Dr. Arno G. Siraki received his Hon.B.Sc with a specialization in toxicology from the University of Toronto. Arno continued his graduate studies in the Department of Pharmacology at University of Toronto  as a Master and then PhD student.  Arno’s post-doctoral studies were carried out at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIH), NC, USA. Arno was recruited to t. His interests involve the association of free radicals with adverse drug reactions, identification of novel electron transfer intermediates (antioxidants), and the biological role of xenobiotic-induced protein free radicals.

Lusine Tonoyan, Ph.D

Dr. Tonoyan completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from Yerevan State University, Armenia, and her Ph.D. (specializing in non-linear elliptical equations and optimal control theory) from Moscow State University. She conducted postdoctoral training in AI/ML. Her current roles include Executive Lead at ARMA Laboratory and Adjunct Professor at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She was the first faculty member to introduce machine learning expertise in developing new course content and supervising student projects. Lucy applies electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy in engineering, pharmaceutical, and health sciences.
