Where we began

Our initiative was founded in August 2025. Recognizing the growing disconnect between academic preparation and industry expectations, we aim to bridge this gap by creating or pairing opportunities for students to gain practical experience and industry insight.

What we do

SandBox is a student-led interdisciplinary innovation cooperative with the goal of helping post-secondary students get prepared for real-life work by doing projects that relate to the industry. Together, we are working on new designs and technology to help improve the world around us.

What we stand for

At our core, we view everything as a learning experience. We believe success is built through a combination of positive attitude, strong work ethic, collaboration, and competence.
