This literature review provides a comprehensive overview of the literature that is available on mobile storytelling applications that have been developed for and with Indigenous communities. It identifies a gap in the literature related to mobile applications that are focused on storytelling, and thus also includes various other studies that involve different technologies that were developed for and with Indigenous communities. Patterns and themes related to the usability testing done in these studies are identified, and recommendations for further research in this area are also made.
This gathering was held at the Inuvialuit Cultural Centre from March 10-14, 2025. It was organised by Education, Training, Capacity.
