Email your community partner and ask them to reply confirming that you have completed your CSL opportunity for the term. Please ensure the email confirmation includes the following:
The community partner’s email address is visible in the screenshot or saved email.
The community partner’s reply confirming that you have completed your CSL opportunity, as this is needed to officially document your completion.
If you are working in a group, one group member should email the community partner and CC all group members on the email, and ask the community partner to reply to all group members. Each group member then needs to download a copy of the email exchange and upload it to the CSL completion confirmation individually.

Here are tips on how to download an email exchange on a desktop or phone.
You're also welcome to screenshot the email exchange. If you choose to screenshot, please make sure that the sender’s email and everyone CC’ed is visible, and please merge the screenshots into one file.
Submit the email exchange to the CSL office through the form that corresponds to your class in the table below. The deadline for submitting the confirmation of your CSL completion is April 10, 2026.
