This year, the CIC Forum will be held in conjunction with two internationally renowned conferences, the 30th annual conference of the International Group for Lean Construction (IGLC) and the Modular and Offsite Construction (MOC) Summit.
Forum attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the events and sessions hosted by both IGLC and the MOC Summit.

Four parallel workshops will be facilitated by internationally recognized experts in Lean Project Delivery. The workshops are aimed at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels for owner representatives, designers, construction managers, consultants, academics, and students. The workshops will use interactive and action-based learning through a combination of simulations, exercises, discussions, and short presentations.
The GEMBA WALK (facility visits and site tours) will take place in the afternoon on Workshop Day.

The purpose of Industry Day is to provide an opportunity to share current best practice and challenges from both local and international projects. Specific keynote speakers and panelists have been identified based on their experience and knowledge of Lean Project Delivery, both locally and Internationally. The IGLC Industry Day will attract senior-level executives and decision-makers from the Canadian and International lean construction community. The event is meant to facilitate networking and accessing knowledge on the latest developments, trends, strategies and policies relating to the principles of lean project delivery.
