These videos may be useful for your work. They were developed for use in research studies that implemented nurse-led transition teaching. They are specific to young adults with congenital heart disease.

Campus Health Centre: These videos describes two visits to a campus health centre. In one video, the patient is unprepared. In the other, the patient demonstrates some knowledge of his health condition, and uses tools to support his use of the medical system.

The Stollery Cardiac Outcomes Research and Evaluation (SCORE) group is a small, local group internal to the Stollery congenital heart program. It provides resources and support to research and evaluation efforts of the department.
